Due to the current situation with Covid-19, we feel it necessary to let you know what we are doing and the precautions we are taking to protect our valuable clients and our staff.

How We Clean Our Shop

Since the first news of this virus, our team has been vigilant at sanitizing and disinfecting surface areas of our business. This has included door handles, the waiting area, counter tops, and restrooms. This has been done once per hour throughout the work day. More often when we have traffic through the facility. Our technicians put on a fresh pair of gloves, and they wash their hands many times per day, but are especially focused and required to do so in between each vehicle on which they are performing work, test drives or inspections, and are sanitizing all vehicles and keys before returning them to you, our valued guest.

How We Clean Your Vehicle

G&G Auto Repair has THREE WAYS to get your vehicle here for service!

1) Key Drop – Secure exterior key drop and request form available all hours,

2) Pull Up & Call Drop Off/Pick Up – Call us when you arrive and we will arrange for you to leave your keys with your vehicle. No need to come inside. Repeat procedure when pick up vehicle, or

3) Vehicle Pick Up & Delivery – Schedule your vehicle for repair or service and we will pick up your vehicle at your home and deliver back to your after service. Local areas only. Call 661-679-7957 to schedule service today. All options include non-contact payment methods.

What We are Doing About Monitoring Our Employees for Your Safety

Any employees exhibiting ANY symptoms will be prevented from returning to work until cleared by their physician. Management has also placed a travel restriction on our staff, so that any who do travel must be cleared by a physician before returning to work.

We will continue to closely monitor any additional recommendations from the CDC and our local government, and are thankful we are considered “essential services” to remain open to care for our customers.

After years of being in business we have learned, we must earn and sustain your trust and loyalty with every visit. We have also learned that what we do when no one is there to watch is at LEAST as important as what we do when they are able to observe. We are committed to take extra precautions and do everything imaginable to protect you, our team, and to sustain the trust you have placed in us.
